Background
LUSH, renowned for its ethically sourced, handmade cosmetics, faced a unique challenge. Having recently ceased their social media presence, the brand sought innovative ways to engage with customers while maintaining their ethos.
Bright.Blue stepped in with a cutting-edge solution, transforming the retail experience.
The Challenge
The primary challenge was to create a brand activation that would not only compensate for the lack of social media reach but also offer an interactive and tactile consumer experience.
This needed to resonate with the brand’s fiercely loyal customer base, while also inviting new customers to discover their offering in a novel, playful way.
The goal was to increase brand visibility and engagement in a cost-effective manner, without the expenses of running a full-scale shop.
The Solution
Bright.Blue developed a state-of-the-art, Unattended Shop Window, which was deployed at King’s Cross Station in London.
This unique installation allowed customers to view products, make purchases directly at the machine, and subscribe to LUSH’s iconic subscription boxes.
The design was focused on user-friendliness, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
